JoB hUnTiNg + CoOkInG

Went to my last appointment for the dating study. Got my 45 dollars, fill out forms and had a recorded interview. I am a moody person. Did you know that?? And apparently very depressed at time. Got my pap result, everything is OK. I just need to remember to go back in November for regular annual pap and colp... Prozac is kicking in, feeling OK. Still very uninterested in S*X... Poor Robert...

Trying to make some $$... Wish me luck, I'm cruising restaurants, Gap, Old Navy....Subway for JOB not food.. It's gonna be a first. Some body hire me PLEAZZZZZ

Applications are the worst form of literature ever invented. I HaTe applications with a passion of a thousand suns (quote Jas).

I made spaghetti sauce for lunch/dinner. For those of you who are interested, here is my recipe:

~~~~Nan Nan's Yummy Low Carb Killer spaghetti Sauce~~~~
Ingredients:
1 lb of extra lean ground beef
2 Roma tomatoes
1 White Onion
1 Big bell pepper
1 Head of garlic
1 Piece of ginger
1 Can of mushrooms
1 Can of tomato sauce
Fat/calorie free nonsticky cooking spray, Soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, Merlot, salt, black pepper, Oregano
Steps:
  1. Add soysauce, Chinese cooking wine into the ground beef and mix evenly. Amounts depend on your flavor preference. Set aside
  2. Cut and prepare the onions, bell pepper, garlic, ginger. All diced into reasonable size pieces. Set aside.
  3. Burner on High, spray cooking-spray. Put in Garlic, ginger and half of the onion. Stir-fry until the smell of onion comes out. Put the meat in and stir...
  4. When there's some meat juice starts to come out, put in the other half of onion along with bell pepper.
  5. Salt the whole pot. I normally like it salty, since it's gonna be eaten with noodles.
  6. Stir some more. Put in mushroom and tomatoes. Keep burner on High and stir... There should be lots of liq on the bottom, when it boils and bubbles put in the tomato sauce. Add more Chinese cooking wine, salt and black pepper as needed.
  7. Stir and set burner on low-med. Let cook for 30-40 mins, stir occasionally...
  8. Last, put in some merlot and oregano leaves, stir and let stand for another 10 minutes.
YOU ARE DONE!!!
